Pawle & Co. is a family-owned sheet metal fabrication company based in the heart of Rochford, Essex.
Established in 1992, we're extremely proud of our history and development in the industry. The company has evolved from a small workshop to a state-of-the-art 8000 sq ft facility employing cutting-edge technology and the latest innovations to meet the increasingly diverse needs of our clients.

Folding

In house we have a variety of precise & reliable Amada stand-alone press brake machines, offering a solution for all your bending requirements.

Punching
up to 4.m
Our in house Amada AE 2510NT CNC Punching Machine is a fast and accurate way of tapping, forming and marking sheet metal, making these machines extremely versatile and cost effective option.
- Sheet size: 1270 x 4000mm
- Maximum thickness of 3.2mm mild steel
- Punching accuracy of 0.1mm and 0.7mm (FA mode)
Engraving
We have the capability of offering logos and wording on our products, including disabled symbols, inductive loops and more. Just supply us with a JPEG or DXF file with your detailed drawing and we will do the rest.

Laser cutting
Our in-house Amada LCG 3015 Laser Cutting Machine, can cut a broad range of materials and thicknesses with incredible speed and precision.
The latest Amada CAD/CAM technology adds the cutting edge to Pawle & Co. Ltd's arsenal of design and manufacturing tools, thus enabling very competitive prices.
Having no tooling costs, laser cutting is very cost effective as well as being extremely fast.
Using our CAD facilities on-site, it makes an ideal process for prototypes or production batches with the ability to make modifications easily.
- Accepts sheet sizes up to 3000 x 1500mm
- Processes mild steel to a thickness of 20mm
- Processes stainless steel to a thickness of 12mm
- Process aluminium to a thickness of 8mm
Polish & linishing
All products are repolished using our
semi-automatic linishing machine. We take great pride in how all of our products are finished – whatever process is used. We believe our attention to detail sets us apart from other manufacturers.
The quality of our product finishing reflects the quality of the item as a whole and gives our customers every confidence in the final piece.
